Your current cookie choice

You haven't made a choice yet, the banner will appear on your next visit.

This page is maintained by DataplexLabs to answer common privacy and cookie questions about the DataplexLabs website (dataplexlabs.com). It is written to align with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and comparable privacy regimes (including India's DPDP Act and the California CCPA).

1. Who we are

DataplexLabs is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For any privacy request, email privacy@dataplexlabs.com.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry form data, name, work email, company, and message you submit through our contact and CTA forms. Basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
  • Data Readiness Score inputs, the 10 answers you provide are stored only in your browser's URL and local storage; we don't transmit them to our servers unless you also submit an enquiry.
  • Analytics data, if you accept the analytics category, Google Analytics 4 collects a pseudonymous client ID, page views, referrer, device type, and coarse location (IP anonymized). Basis: your consent.

3. Cookies we set

CategoryPurposeRetention
Strictly necessaryStores your consent choice (dpx.consent.v1) and app session.12 months
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), traffic and page performance, IP anonymized.Up to 24 months
MarketingReserved for future campaigns, none are set today. Not applicable

4. Analytics in detail

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2Q6Z5E3YKZ) with Google Consent Mode v2. All consent signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) default to denied, and the Google tag is not downloaded or executed at all until you accept the analytics category. IP addresses are anonymized, we do not enable Google Signals or ads personalization, and we never sell or share your data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

When analytics is granted, we record a small set of events to see which pages help buyers: page views, form_start, captcha_passed, form_submit, and generate_lead when an enquiry is accepted. These events carry no message content, no email address, and no phone number.

We also collect anonymous Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to monitor page speed. These measurements contain no identifiers and are used only for performance engineering.

5. Your consent, and how to change it

Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) load only after you grant consent on the banner shown on your first visit. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or the button above. Withdrawing consent stops any further analytics collection immediately.

6. Subprocessors we may use

  • Google LLC. Google Analytics 4 (analytics), only if you consent.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.. CDN and DDoS protection (necessary).

If we add a new subprocessor that processes personal data, we will update this list before it goes live.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@dataplexlabs.com and we will respond within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.

8. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymized unless a live commercial relationship or legal obligation requires longer.

9. Changes

Material changes to this notice will be surfaced through the banner and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
